Silver Access – Capstone project

Data and place based access for & co-created with, local at risk groups

Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, London, UK

We developed a text message service which encourages visits to the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park.

Co-created with the Silver Linings group, convened by Groundwork London and consisting of local 50+ year olds at risk of social isolation and digital exclusion who are resident in the London Borough of Hackney, which borders the park.

Uses local data to ensure the details and guidance about activities in the park are timely and relevant.

Details activities of interest in the context of:

  • Local weather
  • Accessible travel information
