Resilience Brokers is looking for an enthusiastic international initiatives senior programme manager to join our team.

The role
The senior programme manager for international initiatives acts as a focal point to lead our growing portfolio projects globally throughout their life-cycles. The post holder will work closely with all project stakeholders including funders to ensure we meet their objectives, as aligned with our mission. This exciting role will take responsibility for all aspects of project management, communications, logistics, relationship building and also for seeking opportunities to develop new projects and to connect to our wide range of partners and initiatives. The post holder has a great opportunity to grow in the role and help play a pivotal role in Resilience Brokers to achieve its longer term aims.
Salary – £45,000 salaried (UK Based) or equivalent as a contractor – role will be 4 days (32 hours) per week but can also be part time or job share. We work to unlimited holidays on a trust basis. We provide a basic pension, further benefits will be available as the business grows.
