Evidencing the commercial vision to deliver a commercially attractive, climate-resilient city

Resilience Brokers was retained by a major property developer in Georgia and key implementation actor of a deep-sea port on Georgia’s Black Sea coast. Neighboring a planned Special Economic Zone with new strategic transport connections, the overarching vision for the newly-planned smart city is to introduce and implement leading-edge standards for sustainability and climate-resilience employed with the latest smart city digital technologies in the design and construction of the city’s infrastructure, environmental, economic and social systems.
Working with an international team of designers, business consultants and sustainability experts, Resilience Brokers demonstrated how sustainability and climate-resilience could be embedded into all aspects of planning while setting a model of green and aspirational living for an international audience.
