Review of an action plan to enhance the approach to Ofwat’s Resilience in the Round

Bristol Water provides clean, fresh drinking water to 1.2m people in Bristol and the surrounding area every day. Bristol Water are exploring how the topics of systems thinking and resilience can help to achieve their long term business and regional objectives.
Resilience Brokers were engaged by Bristol Water to provide expert peer review to support their work on these topics. Specifically, Resilience Brokers conducted a peer review of the action plan to enhance their systems-based approach to the Ofwat Resilience in the Round document, and the Bristol Water Clearly Resilient Business plan supporting document as part of their determination with Ofgem.
