Nexus Resilience

Integrating town planning, public health, climate, biophilia & neuroscience expertise

Resilience Brokers is excited to team up with Nexus Planning, Centric Lab and Oliver Heath Design to offer strategies and plans for better health and climate resilience for communities and places. This new service will initially support local government and the planning community with local health and resilience assessments.

Nexus Resilience’s main aim is to inform and positively shape strategic planning policy, masterplans and area briefs and redevelopment projects. The team will inject much needed expertise and joined-up thinking into the planning process at time when our health and climate is in crisis and as the planning reforms point towards a new, plan-led, era.

At the initiative’s launch, Stephen Passmore, Resilience Brokers CEO, says: “Every planning and development decision is a crucial opportunity to provide people with better environments that are more equitable, climate resilient and create healthier outcomes. We are delighted to be teaming up as Nexus Resilience to bring visionary and practical support to help make places that are loved.”
